Chief Executive Officer

Puseletso Marabe holds a National Diploma in Human Resource Management. Over the last 11 years she has played various roles which include but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Business Development as well as Management. She understands evaluation of existing policies, developing HR policies and procedures where necessary relating talent acquisition & sourcing. Ensuring adherence to policies.

Positioning the Talent sourcing and acquisition activities (for example building of a talent database that can be drawn on to feed in the business needs and requirements) as a strategic advisory and value adding delivery partner that’s align to business needs and objectives. She has done internal strategy building – implement customer focused strategy. Identifying new clients for development is one of her biggest strengths, as well as obtaining a deep understanding of the client as well as their recruitment plans.

She knows how to increase revenue with clients through identifying sales opportunities. She has conducted presentations up to management level as well as presented proposals to Clients and negotiated them accordingly, including fee negotiation. Puseletso enjoys establishing, maintaining and growing all business relationships with prospective and current clients.

Boipelo is an extremely passionate and talented individual. In the past 7 years of her career she has used her acquired skills towards forging and maintaining good working relationships with both clients and consultants.

She is an agile being capable of wearing many hats in corporate. this has made her able to adapt seamlessly through trying business times; while making sure the client is always put first.
